    Question: What information is displayed on my schedule?
    What information is displayed on my schedule?  Is it just the name, phone number, or what?

    Solution: This is completely up to you.  Anything about your appointment or customer can be displayed in the appointment cell.  In fact, you can have different views of your schedule that show different information.

    Question: Can I integrate scheduling into my existing web site?
    Can I integrate scheduling into my existing web site? 

    Solution: Yes.  We will provide you a link for your web site so that your customers can be directed to your online appointment scheduling.  Adding this link is simple and fast.  You can also use this link in any email broadcast or correspondence to drive traffic to your business.

    Question: How far in advance can customers schedule appointments?
    How far in advance can customers schedule appointments?  Can I limit certain customers?

    Solution:
    Your customers can scheduled appointments upto 5 years in advance if you elect to allow them to do this (we don't suggest this).  You may categorize your customers and have different advance reservation rules for each category.  If you wish to allow some customers to book 90 in advance and others only 30 you can do that.  There are no limits to the number of categories you can create.

    Question: Can credit card information be collected?
    Can credit card information be collected at the time of the appointment?  Where is the charge processed?

    Solution: Credit card information can be collected at the time of the appointment.  Collection of the information can be configured to a certain type of customer or selected services.  Although the credit card information is check for validity it is NOT processed and check against a bank for available funds.  The credit card information can be displayed to the facility for processing but is not processed by the application.

    Do you a POS system or integrate with a POS system?

    Solution:

    Question: Apple Mac (Macintosh) support
    Does your product run on Macintosh computers?

    Solution: A customer can use a Mac and any modern browser they wish; however, the back office application requires Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 or above.  Since this is not available on the Mac it will not work.
